If anyone here has a problem with their horse rubbing it's tail , I recommend trying Skin Balm serum, it moisturizes the skin very nicely, and in addition it helps heal most wounds!
For me, this balm worked very well, healing wounds from the bit
I use it for sunburn, on my my horse's pink skin - it has never failed me.
